HOW DO YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE?
FOR "ETERNITY"(CHRIST) OR FOR "THIS PASSING WORLD"?
Many have resolved, your death is your end therefore you must enjoy life, chill, have fun , attend clubs, taste the latest beer and alcoholic drinks in the market to be on top of the world, make friends with the world anyhow; all to have an inner and deeper feel of life enjoyed in the world here even at the expense of the soul.
Some others believe that even as man is in this world ; full of toils and struggles, it will be of zero meaning if they don't enjoy life on earth.After going through all pains and sweat it is inviolable and obvious that human being must chill, comfort and adore his flesh in any style he chooses adding that, ones choice of living or enjoying life on this earth is no body's business and that he that is rather offended,should hang himself; that's quite straight forward.
In actual fact man must refresh the body or the flesh to keep it healthy.In this world it is said " all work and no play makes jack a dull boy ".;explaining off boredom ness and redefining relaxation.I am not pretty certain anybody will actually strike against this statement since it matters all.
BUT, the question still holds" how do you live your life on earth? For eternity or for this passing world ?
Whiles there may be a lot of 'raw' positive replies, only a few can be confirmed by conscience.
It is clear and undoubted that, the many who indulge themselves in this uncultured, ill- mannered and the aforementioned behaviours are numbered Christians. The proponents and advocates for these lifestyles have lost sight of the consequences on both the individuals life and the society . Encouraging the enjoyment of life through the intake of alcohol smoking etc is deadly even the health of the individual as well the soul suffering for it in hell.
More importantly as this subject is centred mainly around Christians we will look at most of the evils that a chunk most Christians are adopting and have adopted as part of normal life today, which was once fought against in the days of the Lord Jesus and the apostolic fathers. It cudgels the mind and difficult to decipher where the church has placed the role of the Holyghost in the church(but that reminds what Jesus revealed to John on the island of Patmos in Revelation of the Laodicean church; where Christ is outside the church calling out His children) because they allow members to act like Jezebel .To dress like Jezebel , eat like Jezebel, walk like Jezebel, paint the face like Jezebel,talk like Jezebel and others, unending.
The scripture says" do not be deceived , evil communication corrupts good manners. Let us eat and drink for tomorrow we die"- that's evil. Note, for if we live our life only in this world we are the more pitiable: but as Christians we have a hope and that is the hope of resurrection that when we die we shall live again - there we shall receive the great reward for doing the will of our father in heaven .
People argue with the word of God that it does not matter what you eat or drink,. that does not affect you as a Christian as long as you accept Jesus as Lord and personal saviour, the rest is grace without heed to character even the way Baptism administered does not matter. De facto , it is unfathomable, but that is scripture; "it is hidden from the learned of this world and revealed unto babes so it pleases the Lord" when you hear bible scholars in this world disregarding very crucial Christian doctrines
Today, women have decided, by the spirit of Jezebel to take the position of men and claim it is a flaming desire to posses and use power. The bible says women should not usurp authority over men in the church but so- called modernity has it otherwise until women being ordained pastors.
Women claim they enjoy wearing trousers, perming the hair, cutting g their long hair, wearing very transparent and short or mini- skirts ( holding them so tight until they can't even walk ), painting their faces with lipsticks, cutting their eyebrows and using pencil in place, wearing skinnies , chains of all kinds, earrings of all kinds- they are all traits of Jezebel and the heathen nations against God,. Also, engaging in boy- girl friend relationships; people claim is a way of a boy and a girl studying each other well before marriage: those who argue for this pretend they don't rather see the increasing trend of immortality among the youth as well the cry on increasing trends in marital problems .
This is as a result of the irresponsibility of most churches and parents to track down on this immoral acts from their infantile stage but rather condoning till everything has come to a head. Sin is seen normal in society today. Check out living a modest life
Women undress themselves on the streets and are been hailed for that, in stead of those immoral and nasty lives condemned
It is so sad one fears how to correct a fellow because he will be retorted, Who are you to judge? As if they don't know the difference between passing judgement and rebuking. The society is too high minded until they lost their values until the world is being plunged in to the state of Sodom and Gomorrah in the name of human rights fighting for unnatural marriage- gayism( abomination
